For more than 40 years, we have provided trusted representation across the MINK states, steadily expanding our reach to include North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Our commitment has always been to work directly with customers, ensuring personalized service and meaningful partnerships.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into a dedicated sales team of seven, supported by experienced full-time assistants. Together, we showcase our lines across all markets and promotions with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Our team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to support our customers—ranging from advertising creation and marketing materials to the latest technology for communication and presentations. We pride ourselves on being a proactive marketing group, consistently building lasting relationships that extend well beyond transactions.
Over the years, both our team and individual sales associates have earned numerous awards and recognitions, reflecting our commitment to excellence. We look forward to continuing this tradition of service as long as our doors are open and our wheels are on the road
Mission Statement
Proactive Sales aims to represent and grow outdoor sporting goods manufactures in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Kansas, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan.

To accomplish this, we successfully negotiate sales calls and promote products through seminars, trade shows, public sport shows and clinics. All sales men are equipped with valuable knowledge on the companies we represent through in-store training. It is our goal to educate the front-line sales associates in order to showcase our lines in all existing markets.
